How can I order my new uniforms for purchase?

Orders can be placed via this online eStore, or by phone, fax, or email with UniFirst’s Customer Service team, available at:

What are the hours of operation?

The Call Center hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 7:00pm (EST).

How do I know the status of my order?

Within 24 hours of placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent via email updating the user on the status of the order. For any questions prior to receiving your order, if you require an update as to the status of your order, please click the “Order Status” link under “My Account” on this portal, or contact the UniFirst Customer Service Team at (877) 864-2202 ext. 1.

How will I get my new uniforms?

All uniforms will be shipped via UPS in either a corrugated cardboard box or paper-shipping envelope, depending upon the size of the order.

What is the expected timeframe from order to delivery?

Items available will ship within 3-5 business days. Standard UPS shipping lead-times apply thereafter.

Where are the garments being shipped from?

UniFirst will be shipping from their Owensboro, Kentucky Distribution Center.

How do I return an item?

Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed items within 60-days from purchase. Employees should complete the return / exchange form including order #, reason code for placing their return and exchange order information and place it in the package with the garments to be returned. This should be returned to the UniFirst address noted on the packing slip / exchange form. Once received, UniFirst will institute the credit and process the exchange order immediately.
